The best way to clean your brushes is to use a mild soap or silicone/sulphate free shampoo.  

• Gently swirl the brush head into the soap/shampoo in the palm of your hand or brush-cleaning pad until the brush hairs are foamy and completely covered. 

• Dip the bristles in a bowl of clean water to rinse off soap. You may need to repeat this a few times. Try not to get any water under the ferrule as this will weaken the glue holding the hair in place. 

• Gently squeeze the excess water from the brush hairs and repeat this process until the squeezed water runs clear. 

• Lay on a clean piece of kitchen roll or towel, on a slanted surface with the brush head facing downwards, air dry overnight and fluff up the next day to reveal your beautifully clean soft brushes ready to be used again. 

Please be aware that using chemical or alcohol based brush cleaning solutions may weaken the integrity of the glue that holds the brush hairs in place.   Similarly please avoid using brush cleaning tools that spin.

Yes You can! adorn U brushes were designed and created for use with any type of makeup. In fact adorn U brushes with Biodegradable synthetic high quality hair are the best for mineral and regular make up, as they wash more easily than animal bristles.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours please first check your Spam/Junk mail and if it still isn't there please go to the Contact Us page and send a message. Please also check whether the amount has been debited from your account.

Should you NEED more characters, email me and I will see what I can do to accommodate your needs, but please rest assured we have taken time to work out the maximum text length on each brush size and therefore will always advise what will look best for your set.  adorn U currently only produces items using the standard English keyboard but let me know what your message/name is and I will try to come up with a solution. I do enjoy a challenge!

I do my best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in colour & texture may exist. This also applies to the engraving and colour infill itself bearing in mind these are finished by hand so there may be slight differences between sets and individual brushes. 

In saying that, I pride myself on my brush sets being of the highest quality and should you have any questions regarding the finished items please use the contact us page to let me know any concerns as soon as possible. 

We will offer discounts and offers to our new and returning customers from time to time. These discounts will consist of codes to use in the shopping cart section of the site and will be found via our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Only one code can be used per transaction per customer. 

Currently we offer PayPal, Stripe by Credit or Debit Card and Apple pay for your convenience. Please note we do not accept cash, cheques or BACs transfer.
